HELLO
I’m Jessica.
I believe that true healing begins when we honor the wisdom of our bodies, acknowledge the depth of our emotions, and invite our souls to speak. My own journey revealed how incomplete traditional talk therapy can be when we ignore the body’s intuition, sensations, and the silent influence of internalized patriarchy. By weaving together somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, internal family systems, and energy psychology, I’ve discovered a holistic way to help women reclaim their power and reconnect with themselves on every level.
MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Wellness from New York University, and I’m licensed to practice in both North Carolina and New York State. My post-graduate training includes somatic therapy, internal family systems, and polyvagal theory, with additional certification as an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. These diverse modalities form the tapestry of my approach, allowing me to tailor each session to the unique rhythms of your life and healing process.
Above all, my commitment is to show up authentically—grounded in my own growth and guided by the belief that healing is an ever-evolving journey. I’m honored by every individual who trusts me to walk alongside them. When we work together, we co-create a space where your body’s wisdom, your heart’s longing, and your spirit’s voice can come into harmony, leading you toward deeper alignment, resilience, and self-discovery.
ABOUT ME
At first, I approached therapy much like everyone else—through conversations and mental explorations. But something was missing for me. I realized that without addressing the body’s role, deep and lasting transformation remained just out of reach. This epiphany led me down the path of integrative, body-centered healing, and now it’s the core of how I show up for my clients.
For me, healing is sacred and deeply personal. It’s about honoring all parts of who we are—mind, body, and spirit—and learning to flow with life’s cycles rather than resisting them. I often describe it as journeying inward, where we nurture wholeness rather than fix “brokenness.” I’m here to be your companion on that journey, creating a space where your innate wisdom is respected and invited to shine.
ABOUT YOU
I see you—standing at a crossroads, overwhelmed by external expectations, weighed down by burnout and perfectionism. You might sense a disconnect from your body. Or maybe you’ve heard whispers of something bigger calling you forward, a longing for deeper meaning, spiritual connection, or a lifestyle that honors the earth and your truest self.
You have a spark inside you—an awareness that there’s more to healing than just talking through problems. You sense that genuine transformation involves the body, the energy that flows through it, and the spirit that animates it all. You crave to live more consciously, to embody your unique essence, and to find the courage to step beyond patriarchal conditioning or limiting beliefs that keep you playing small.
If you’re ready to explore a soulful, body-centered path, I’m ready to walk alongside you.
Working with me feels organic, intuitive, and warmly supportive. I create a sacred container where you can safely explore the subtle influences of internalized patriarchy, tune in to your body’s signals, and honor the wisdom beneath them. Through grounding techniques, mindful breathing, and energy modalities like EFT, we gently release what no longer serves you.
Our work together moves at a pace that respects your comfort while encouraging growth. Sometimes we’ll talk through thoughts and memories; other times, we’ll dive into somatic experiences, feeling where energy or old narratives might be stuck. My role is to guide you back to yourself, reminding you that every answer you seek already exists within. By the end of each session, I hope you feel more embodied, more connected to your feminine energy and the earth beneath your feet, and more confident in your innate power to navigate life with compassion and courage.
